Software and hardware troubleshooting (Tier-1)

Relocation of equipment

Degree in computer science or related course of study

3-5 Years network support

Windows Server & Desktop Operating Systems 2008R2 & Windows 7 to latest

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Problem solving skills

Aware of emerging technologies and trends

Experience with following programs/processes a plus:

Microsoft Office Suite 2012 to 365

Microsoft Active Directory

Microsoft SQL Server

Microsoft Exchange


Anti-virus Software

Remote Access

Software in use are but not limited to:

Trapeze transit Master & PassMon

Microsoft Great Plains / Report Writer


Transit Fleet

Transit Facilities
